It is unusual that you can find all of these in one person. Sometimes you get lucky and find one person capable of providing most of these things. I found such a person that I want to highlight and her name is Wendi McNeill founder and owner of Charli Jane Speaker Services. She has helped and assisted me in numerous ways. She is truly a Partner that provides numerous resources. She is both a Coach and Mentor in the ways she offers suggestions and sources for engagements and improvement to the success of my speaking career.

Meet your coach and founder of Charli Jane Speaker Services and the Get Found Now club - Wendi McNeill

First and foremost, I am the wife of an amazing husband, Mark, and mother to four beautiful daughters ages 23, 21, 19 and 16. (No boys, except Sam my lab.) I enjoy spending as much time as I can with my family, being creative, traveling, zumba, running, kickboxing, golfing, reading and being outdoors. I absolutely adore my clients. They are such an awesome group to work with!

In short, I work with beginning speakers and re-entry speakers (or what I like to call “stuck” speakers). For almost a decade, I have been helping Speakers Get Found and create financial freedom. I work with highly motivated individuals that have the passion and drive to succeed; but they must also have an open mind towards change. I believe every speaker is unique. I help bring that uniqueness forward so they can learn how to make it the foundation of their business. By showing them how to grow their speaking business, share their message, and help others; these speakers discover how to live the lifestyle they desire.

I am a strong believer in building and nurturing relationships. As elementary as it may sound, my guiding philosophy is: Just Be Nice. This simple idea alone will bring you amazing results. People are not only looking for HOPE today, but for someone to just take the time to Be Nice. When you let them know that you truly care about them as a person, and not just another customer/client, you are opening the doors to the greatest opportunity of all – a lasting relationship.

As the Founder and Owner of Charli Jane Speaker Services, I have been "Opening Doors of Opportunity" for speakers since 2002. Charli Jane provides speakers with support, exposure, resources, tips, speaking and media leads, coaching programs, home study programs and much more to assist them in growing their speaking business. I am also a workshop leader and creator of the Get Found Now Club & programs. I am also the founder of Book Video Creation (producing book trailers for authors) and FindARadioGuest.com ( Providing a directory for media professionals and experts)

When it comes to coaching my clients, I am passionate and laser-focused about how they can Get Found Now. We work together on strategies to quickly & easily position them as the top expert in their subject matter. The end results are success, financial freedom and limitless lifestyle choices. My main objective is to help speakers/experts properly position themselves so they can get found easily, fill their speaking schedule and increase their income to amazing levels. Through the development of multiple streams of income, my clients learn how to rely on more than speaking fees alone to sustain their businesses.

A creative and savvy entrepreneur, I offer over 27 years of business experience. Through the starting and building of my own businesses from scratch...I have seen great success and great failures. Each has made me stronger, wiser, and has helped to shape me into the success I am today. I love to share my knowledge and passion, what I have discovered that works and what doesn't work. I provide support, direction and encouragement to help speakers build a stronger platform, create financial freedom and advance their business to higher levels of amazing success and fulfillment.

Who is Charli Jane?

I get asked this on a regular basis so I thought I would share exactly who Charli Jane is. In 2002 Charli Jane Speaker Services was named after my youngest of four daughters who is and continues to be my inspiration as are all my daughters.
