As
a Public Speaker Do You Twit?
by
Wendi J McNeill
The online phenomenon in the social media world called Twitter is growing at
lightning speed, faster then MySpace or Facebook. If you’re not twitting, then
you are missing out.
Using twitter in your marketing mix will open many doors of opportunity that
you would not get anywhere else and will place you in front of millions of
people looking for a solution to their problem and answers to their questions.
Some of the benefits of using twitter (the following are only a few, there
are many!)
-
Opens the doors for so many opportunities
-
Networking with millions of followers
-
Builds relationships
-
Share solutions
-
Expand your brand
-
Increases your client base and sales
-
Builds your expertise and credibility
-
Drives traffic to your website and blog
I know many of you are thinking you don’t need Twitter and it’s a waste of
time, trust me I was there at one time thinking it was just a time-waster, but I
sure was wrong! Let me tell you that with only five minutes a day using Twitter
and Facebook you will see amazing results. I use it for Charli Jane on a daily
basis and it has increased my readership, brought new clients and members plus,
I have built some wonderful business relationships. So before you shrug it off
give it a chance and be sure to follow me to keep up with news and tips:

If you haven’t signed up for a Twitter account you can to do so at

A helpful tool when using Twitter is
www.TweetDeck.com and if you have questions about this one be sure and ask
me. There are hundreds of cool Twitter tools out there but don’t get overwhelmed
with all of them and just get yourself set up with Twitter first and then I
would recommend Twitter Deck, after that you can play around with the other
tools.
Remember to follow Wendi and Charli Jane updates and tips on
Twitter!
