Privacy policy & terms of services
Confidentiality
Charli Jane Speaker Services will not at any time, either directly or
indirectly, use for its personal benefit or disclose, or communicate in any
manner any information that is pertaining to its clients. All your information
will be kept strictly confidential. This provision shall remain effective even
after the termination of all agreements and projects.
Upon termination of agreements, we will return to our clients all
documentation, records or other items that were used or created by Charli Jane
Speaker Services for our clients during the term of our agreement.
General terms of services agreement
e-Newsletter subscription opt-out
Charli Jane Speaker Services will from time to time send subscribers special
announcements relating to company news, including new services or special
offers. We promise not to send you any emails unless we have something important
to announce, which we believe would be of benefit to you. We will not send you
any SPAM emails. Only those who have subscribed to our mailing list will receive
email notices from us. Subscribers may cancel their newsletter subscription at
anytime by sending us an
e-mail. Please ensure that you provide the e-mail address you
subscribed with to unsubscribe.
Membership subscription agreement terms & conditions
Applicable for new and renewing members.
When signing up for a membership plan, it is implied that you have read,
agreed and accepted the following terms and conditions:
| Trial membership offer
(when offered) |
Trial membership entitles you to have full access to membership
area and services for the specified period of the special offer.
Trial membership offers everything that a full paying member is entitled to
except for a speaker profile web page on Charli Jane's website speaker
directory.
If you choose to become a member of Charli Jane Speakers after your specified
trial period, you will then receive your speaker profile web page.
After specified period has expired, prospective member agrees to pay the full
membership monthly fee per month unless otherwise specified in special
offer. |

| Monthly renewal fees |
Member agrees to be automatically billed and renewed every 30
days at the regular membership investment or the special
rate they originally signed up for. Please make note that your account will be
debited every 30 days.

| Failed billing |
In the event that member fails to make agreed upon monthly
payment or payment was denied from members preferred payment processor, your
membership will be automatically cancelled after 5 calendar days until further
arrangements can be made between member and Charli Jane.
Please note if you allow your membership to expire or we have a failed
transaction and it is not resolved by you in five days and you wish to continue
to be a member of Charli Jane you will have to sign up again at the regular
monthly member fee and any previous specials you may have had will be
terminated. |

| Cancellation |
Members can cancel their membership at anytime by simply
sending us an email
Membership Fees are Non Refundable.
Cancellation MUST be done before your next monthly
membership fee is due. If you DO NOT cancel before your membership period
expires, you will automatically be renewed and billed for a full month at the
regular membership fee or at the special rate you signed up for and no
refund will be allowed once billing takes place.
Once membership fees have been renewed, the payment process is irreversible
so PLEASE make sure you cancel before you are renewed again for each month.
New members: If you sign up with Charli Jane's membership
and decide after being in the member area that it is not a fit for you then you
can cancel but NO refund will be issued once you were allowed in the member area
for any amount of time (1, 10, 20 or 30 days) in other words if you had access
to the member area and all the content including speaking leads for that month
you will be billed for that month and if you choose to cancel we will stop all
further billing.
Yearly: If you wish to join us at the yearly rate we are
happy to have you please see yearly refund policy below:
Cancellations within 30 days will be fully refunded less $50.00
Cancellations between 31-90 days of sign up will be refunded 50% of your
yearly investment.
Cancellations between 91-180 days of sign up will be refunded 25% of your
yearly investment.
Cancellations after 180 days of sign will not receive any refunds.

Member benefits
|
It is the member’s responsibility to notify Charli Jane of any benefit they wish
to utilize that is not accessible in the member area: Ex. Ecoaching, speaker
profile listing, or any other benefit that has to be accessed outside of the
member area. Charli Jane does from time to time send out notices to remind
members of their benefits and to contact us to utilize them. Please be aware of
all the benefits that are available to you.

| Account changes
|
If you need to make changes to your account such as advise us
of a change of credit card number or expiration date, mailing address, phone,
etc. please
send us an email and we can make those changes for you immediately.

| Refunds |
At Charli Jane Speaker Services, we make every effort to
ensure proper and timely billing. Should you suspect a billing error, please let
us know right away. All disputes must be sent to us in writing at the following
e-mail: info@charlijane.com and within
60 days of the suspected error in order to allow research and processing time.
We may ask you to provide billing statements or other documentation. We will
research the issue, and should a refund be necessary, we will promptly make the
situation right. No refunds will be given after 120 days, so please do contact
us immediately after you notice a suspected error.

| Login info |
Members login details must be kept strictly confidential at all
times.
Members agree not to pass on their login details to anyone who has not paid
for a Charli Jane Membership plan.
The Charli Jane membership private site's access records are logged and
monitored daily. If Charli Jane suspects that visitors are being allowed in our
membership site by another member without our written permission that member
will be automatically cancelled and forbidden to enter the membership area.
Charli Jane reserves the right to deny any person who wants to sign up as a
member. The reason will be send to you via email if you are denied membership. |

| Lost username or password |
If you lose your log in information, please
send us an email
and we will retrieve it for you and send it to you via email. This is not an
automated process, as we manually verify your details before emailing you your
login details. |

The content of Charli Jane's Members' private website is owned
or licensed by Charli Jane Speaker Services and trusted partners and is intended
for paying members use only.
Any content that is in our download area is for members only and is copy
written by the author.
Members are allowed to reprint certain content of this website ONLY with
