An author, educator, professional speaker, and opera singer, Linda
Henley-Smith provides an entertaining and educational outlook on working, living
and surviving. She calls her company “For the Good Times,” because she believes
we all deserve to have good times in life. Laughter is a FUNdamental part of
every person’s plan for success. Laughter doesn’t make everything better for you
but it sure makes you better for everything!
Linda has a BA and MA in education and is a member of National Speakers
Association. She is the former editor of Agewave Magazine and authored state
history newspapers for use in classrooms across the country. She is the author
of “Adjust Your Attitude and Laugh ‘til the Cows Come Home,” “Humor Me ... I’m a
Teacher,” and “Here’s to the Ladies Who Laugh.” Linda was recently featured
along with Mark Victor Hansen, and Dr. John Gray in “Mission Possible”, a
collection of interviews with twelve Americans who have achieved success in
their fields. She was named by Sharing Ideas Magazine as one of the “Consummate
Speakers of the Year” and featured in Successful Meetings Magazines as one of
the “Hot Picks” on the speaking circuit.
Linda presents keynotes, seminars and “playshops” all around the world,
encouraging people to be the best they can be...personally and professionally,
by maintaining an “attitude of altitude.” She has been featured at conferences
and events with the likes of Erin Brokovich, Melissa Gilbert and NBC’s Starting
Over counselor, Rhonda Britton.
Linda is currently launching a new women’s event series, The Willow
Connection.
